CluoPrints is an independent design studio based in Quebec, Canada. We are not a manufacturer — we create original artwork and design services. Physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.
Every design sold by CluoPrints is original artwork created by our studio. Our visual work is AI-assisted, then reviewed, refined and finished by us for production quality. We do not sell copied or pirated artwork. If you believe any design infringes your rights, contact us at info@cluoprints.com and we will investigate promptly.
All custom design, video editing and copywriting work is quoted with a fixed price before we start. You pay only when the work is done to your satisfaction. Payment is accepted by Interac e-transfer (Canada) or PayPal.
Client authorization: when you provide logos, images, text or other materials for custom work, you confirm that you own these materials or have the right to use them, and you grant CluoPrints a license to use them for your project. You are responsible for ensuring your materials do not infringe any third-party rights. If we discover unauthorized materials, we will stop work immediately and cancel the project; any deposit paid is non-refundable, and you agree to indemnify CluoPrints against resulting claims.
Digital downloads (ebooks, coloring pages, design packs) are for personal use unless a commercial license is stated. Redistribution or resale of the files themselves is not permitted.
Apparel, mugs, posters and other physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Colors may vary slightly from screen display. Please check size charts before ordering.
We sell by email order — there is no checkout cart. Before you pay anything, we send you a written quote showing the full price of your order: the product, applicable sales taxes and the exact shipping cost to your address. Nothing is charged before you have seen the total.
Please review the order summary in our email carefully — product, size, color, quantity, delivery address and total — and tell us about any error before paying. Paying the quote confirms the order exactly as summarized.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email after receiving your payment; production of made-to-order items starts after that confirmation. After payment, we email you an order confirmation restating your order details and total paid — please save or print it for your records; it is your copy of the purchase contract.
Changing or cancelling: you may change or cancel your order free of charge any time before production starts — email us as soon as possible. Once production of a made-to-order item has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, except where your statutory rights provide otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email and explain your options, including any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our services. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CluoPrints is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. Colors may vary slightly from screen display; this is not a defect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (C$). Applicable sales taxes, if any, will be charged as required by law.
