You pay only when the work is done to your satisfaction. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you owe nothing. Once you have approved the final files and paid, the sale is final — but if there is a genuine error on our side, we will fix it free of charge.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of ebooks, coloring pages and design packs are final. If a file is corrupted or unreadable, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
Apparel, mugs, posters and other physical items are manufactured on a made-to-order basis exclusively for each customer and are not held in inventory. As such, these items are not eligible for return or exchange on the basis of change of mind, including but not limited to color, size, or style preferences (e.g., you ordered blue but subsequently prefer red).
Defective or incorrect items: if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered blue but received green), you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement item or a full refund of the product price, at no additional cost to you.
Where to send returns: approved returns are shipped directly to our production partner's facility — never to a private home address. We will provide the correct return address when your return is approved.
Who pays return shipping: if the error is ours (damaged, misprinted, wrong item), we cover the return shipping — you pay nothing. If you are returning for any other approved reason, you cover the return shipping cost.
How refunds are calculated: approved refunds = full product price you paid. Original shipping cost is refunded only if the error was ours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Interac e-transfer or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
