All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Nothing is pre-made — your item is printed after you order.
Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product. Gallery Collection canvas prints may take up to 10 business days.
After production, standard delivery is approximately:
Canada: 5–10 business days · USA: 5–12 business days · International: 10–20 business days
These shipping times do not include production time. Total delivery time = production time (§2) + shipping time above.
Example: a t-shirt shipped to Toronto typically takes 2–5 days production + 5–10 days shipping = 7–15 business days total.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues.
Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
Shipping cost depends on three things: the product (size and weight), your delivery address, and the shipping speed you choose. Our production partners set the rates — we add no markup.
When you email us to order, we will quote you the exact shipping cost for your address before you pay. The product pages show "Shipping included" where the listed price already covers standard shipping to Canada and the USA.
Typical standard shipping: Canada C$6–12, USA C$8–15, International C$15–30, depending on the item.
For orders shipped outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
USA orders: most apparel orders under US$800 enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold. Orders above this value may incur duties.
Other countries: duties vary by country and product type. We recommend checking your local customs authority's website before ordering if you are concerned about additional charges. We cannot predict or waive these fees.
Refused packages: if you refuse delivery due to customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We cannot redirect orders once production has started.
