Every design sold by CluoPrints is original artwork created by our studio. Our visual work is AI-assisted, then reviewed, refined and finished by us for production quality. We do not copy, reproduce or sell anyone else's artwork.
When you buy a physical product (apparel, mug, poster, canvas), you own that physical item and may wear, display or gift it. Digital products are licensed for personal use unless a commercial license is stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from our designs without our written permission. This includes uploading our artwork to other print-on-demand platforms.
For custom design services, you receive the agreed deliverables with the usage rights stated in your quote. Source files are included unless otherwise agreed.
If you believe any CluoPrints design infringes your copyright or trademark, email info@cluoprints.com with: (a) identification of your work, (b) the CluoPrints design at issue, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good-faith belief. We investigate all reports promptly.
We do not knowingly create designs that infringe third-party rights. If you order custom work, you confirm that any logos, text or images you provide are yours to use or properly licensed.
